1. How long can I get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?
A: We'll reply you within 12 hours in working day.
2.Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
A: We're direct manufacturer.
3.What's the payment term?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shippment /against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. LC at sight is also acceptable.
4. How to guarantee the quality and after-sales service of your goods?
A:1. Strict detection during production.
2. Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging are ensured.
3. Follow up and adopt customers' feedbacks in a timely manner after sales.
5. Is the sample available?
A: Yes, usually we have the most items in stock. But customers still need to make confirmation with sales department.
We send the samples by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it'll take arround 3 or 4 working days to receive them, customers will charge all the cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight.
